Public API is returning HTTP 403 errors

All operations against api.tidbyt.com are returning HTTP 403 errors. Users of the API cannot push new screens to Tidbyt devices.

Clocks on Tidbyt show the time in the wrong time zone.

Weather shows the wrong forecast mode or units (°C, °F).
